How it works
Start a survivor pool
Choose the NFL and the Survivor format. Each game locks at its own kickoff.
Everyone makes one pick a week
Sports Picker greys out the teams you have already used, so nobody picks a team twice by mistake.
Eliminations happen live
When a pick loses, that player is marked out as soon as the game ends. The board shows who is still standing.
The rules
One pick per week
Pick one team. It has to win outright. A tie counts as a loss.
No repeats
Each team can be used once per season.
Locks
Your pick locks when that game kicks off. Until then you can switch to a later game.
Winner
Last player standing takes it.
Variations
Add two or three strikes so one bad Sunday doesn't end your season, require two picks a week late in the year, or allow one buy-back per player. The commissioner sets the rules.
Every pool includes
Live scores
Results and standings update every few minutes during games.
Trash talk chat
Each pool has its own chat with stickers, GIFs and @mentions.
Reminders
Email and phone notifications before picks lock.
Works on any phone
Add it to your home screen like an app. Nothing to download.
Questions
What if I forget to pick?
Players get reminder emails and phone notifications before picks lock, and the commissioner can enter a pick for a player before kickoff.
Can we do two strikes or buy-backs?
Yes. Choose classic, two strikes or three strikes when you start the pool. Double-pick weeks and buy-backs can be added any time from the Commissioner page.
Can I see who other players picked?
Each pick stays hidden until that game starts. After that, everyone can see it.
Is there a version where you score points instead of getting knocked out?
Yes. The Margin pool uses the same one-team-a-week rule, but you score your team's margin of victory and nobody is eliminated.
